Marina Professional Plaza
Architectural design is underway for the planned 13,000-square foot Marina
Professional Plaza, to be located on 350 feet of Highway 95 frontage in north Bullhead City. The design will be similar to the Spanish Mission-style designs found in the buildings at El Rio Country Club and El Rio Professional Plaza in Mohave Valley.

The Hoover Companies purchase of seven contiguous commercial lots in the “Old Bullhead City” section of town indicates a commitment to participate in the ongoing redevelopment of the oldest section of Bullhead City.

“We’re trying to do our part to help revitalize that area,” said Bart Sloan, president of O48 Realty Professionals, an arm of The Hoover Companies. The recent redevelopment trend in the area is echoed in several other planned projects including an upscale condominium project nearby that will include a Colorado River marina.
