Charles Professional Plaza
Charles Plaza - a new commercial office building will be constructed on Route 66 in Needles, California. Architectural design is underway for the planned 6000-square feet of professional office space, to be located on Broadway Avenue (Route 66), the main route through Needles on the way to and from Arizona. The design will be similar to the Spanish Mission-style designs found in the buildings at El Rio Country Club and the planned Marina Professional Plaza in Bullhead City. The commercial space will be the new home to the Needles branch office of O48 Realty Professionals along with other professional service companies such as mortgage, escrow, accounting and legal.
