is The Hoover Companies’ venture into telecommunications,
bringing advanced communication services to the home via a fiber optic network with broadband capabilities for television, video on demand, high speed internet and telephone service.

Aztech Cable will provide non-regulated advanced video and broadband Internet service. Aztech Cable holds both a federal video open-systems license and a TV cable franchise to serve Mohave County in Arizona.

Aztech Communications is certificated and regulated by the Arizona Corporation Commission as a local telephone exchange company.

TELEVISION
Aztech Cable will provide more futuristic services than current cable and satellite TV providers by using the Internet protocol television format (IPTV) and the most sophisticated delivery technology, called MPEG-4. This allows the company to have sufficient room in the future to accommodate forthcoming technology such as true two-way video telephone and even 3-D television with no glasses needed! Initially starting with 150 channels, the company now provides 225 broadcast-type channels. Many of these channels will be in High Definition format (HDTV), which Aztech offers at no additional charge.

TELEPHONE SERVICE
Aztech Communications offers both traditional telephone technology and voice over Internet protocol (VOIP) telephone technologies. Basic telephone services are available as well as extended dialing, plus all-inclusive packages which feature bundled long distance allowing unlimited calling within the United States. If the homeowner lives in this area part time, the VOIP service will allow them to take their home phone with them wherever they go.

INTERNET ACCESS
Surfing the internet on Aztech’s fiber optic network is a high-speed experience that was previously available only to large-scale businesses. Aztech’s fiber to the home technology (FTTH) provides extremely high data transfer and download speeds for an affordable monthly fee.
