The Hoover Companies’ philosophy is to avoid debt wherever possible. We would rather share the profits of the company than to bear the burden of debt. Accordingly, all land is purchased with cash. However, when the company decides to develop a property by building utilities, roads, houses, etc., we borrow money from our own capital company, SevenStar
Capital, LLC.
For those who choose to place monies in SevenStar Capital, we offer an 8 percent yield on a minimum $10,000 investment. There is no maximum investment, and the money is loaned for a one year period with interest on the investment paid monthly. We also offer 9 percent interest on monies committed for a two year period.
We have a long history of payment to capital partners, and no investor has ever lost any portion of their invested capital. All agreed interest on all loans has been paid as promised over the past 20 years. There have been instances where investors have required their money back before the end of the one year commitment. In those cases, we have always been in a position to return capital within 60 days for these special requests.
Many investors would like to move their funds to a self-directed IRA and control their own retirement funds. We refer investors wishing to capitalize on this opportunity to the Trust Administration Services Corporation (TASC), a subsidiary of First Regional Bank in Carlsbad, California.
