"I am conveying a message that was established by Brad Hoover, a major partner in The Hoover Companies whose philosophy is to take information to areas where people have the resources to invest in the scores of economic opportunities currently available in the River Cities area," said Martinez. The River Cities region encompasses northwest Arizona, southern Nevada and southeastern California.
"The success of El Rio Professional Plaza will impact other land developments in the area which are great investment opportunities for those who see the future of this exciting area which we at The Hoover Companies refer to as 'a Palm Springs with water," Martinez said.
Another commercial project in The Hoover Companies near future is a power center that would include an anchor "big box" store on the level of a Costco, plus assorted other commercial retail outlets. Meanwhile, The Hoover Companies is poised to acquire additional land as it increases its presence in the Mohave Valley region, according to Burr.
