Hoover sponsors Bullhead Chamber awards dinner at El Rio's Terrace Restaurant
-Mohave Valley, Arizona - June, 2007

The Hoover Companies presented a $3,500 sponsorship check Wednesday at the company’s new headquarters in Mohave Valley for one of the year’s most popular events, the Colorado River Community Recognition Dinner. This annual event of The Bullhead Area Chamber of Commerce is absolutely sold out according to BHC Chamber President/CEO Mike Conner. The Chamber’s Operations Director, Teri Tomlinson said they are still receiving calls from folks in the community who are trying to buy seats for this event.

“This year we decided to change the venue and rather than hold the event at the Chamber of Commerce building we decided to book El Rio Golf & Country Club’s Terrace Restaurant.” Tomlinson explained “Last November The Hoover Companies sponsored a chamber mixer and there were nearly 300 in attendance. It was one of the most elegant mixers the chamber has ever had. That affair had a big influence on our decision to relocate the event.”

I am proud that The Hoover Companies is a major sponsor.” Said Brad Hoover.

The Colorado River Community Recognition Dinner is Wednesday evening, May 23rd. Cocktails will be at 5:30pm followed by an exquisite dinner under the watchful eye of Ross Seidner, Director of Food and Beverage. Entertainment will be provided by “The Melody Lane Duo.”
